The School for Success focuses on a potential future resulting from an increase in the human population and a decrease in jobs due to technology’s efficiency.  As we nest into a timeline where people are tasked, evaluated, and managed by technology, what might the role of work grow into or out of?

The School for Success is a future workforce solutions company that helps train, manage, and assign workers within a company.  Addressing concerns that people need to return to work for a better, more controlled society, the SfS will solve the challenges many companies face -- how can we quell the natural human ambition that makes people want more?

A hard worker used to be aspirational and rewarded by advancing up ladder rungs of corporate society and into a better station in life, but, as you know, we no longer have ladders, let alone rungs to ascend.  So, how might we keep people interested in work with no forward trajectory, no rungs to climb, and no financial raise to be had?
